Te Awa Lakes' First Homes Are Complete – and Open to Visit

Last month, something worth celebrating happened at Te Awa Lakes – the first homes in the community were completed.

After years of planning, partnership, and groundwork, people can now walk through finished homes, stand in the spaces, and picture what life here could look like. Open homes are running every weekend – and we’d love to see you there.

Walking through a completed home tells you things a brochure never can – the feel of the spaces, the quality of the finishes, the way the streetscape is starting to come together. For many buyers, it’s that moment of stepping inside and picturing themselves there that makes everything click.

Construction continues to move at pace across the site, and with each completed home the neighbourhood takes on a little more life.

This is Te Awa Lakes moving from early-stage development into a community beginning to take shape, one home at a time.
